Our clients are assigned case managers who conduct regular monthly assessments at each client's home, review the care that is being provided and thoroughly evaluate the level of care to determine if the services being provided are consistent with the client's personal care needs..

Respiratory Care

At Olidia Care, we specialize in providing care for technology dependent clients who need Medical Ventilators, continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP), or Variable/Bilevel Positive Airway Pressure (BiPAP) to live.

Our integrated teams of nurses and professionals have the experience and expertise to meet the specific needs of tracheostomy dependent clients of all ages.

    Stakeholders attend a final multidisciplinary Discharge Care Conference and we admit the patient to our care.

  • Coordination of Care

    We work with our network of multidisciplinary programs and providers to coordinate the care of our patients.
