Yes. In most cases there is a social worker assigned to the appointed school that the child is attending, however, if that service is not available we will make the arrangements necessary to assist while your child attends school.

Our systems our set up to scan all employee data information on a daily basis to assure that our employees are current and up-to-date with their training and certifications. Our Human Resource Department is notified if a caregivers information is close to becoming expired.

We carefully assess the patient and family situation right from the start so we can assign the appropriate caregiver to the client. To help build a level of trust, the same caregiver will be assigned for a particular home throughout the time of care, unless otherwise noted. We want to create a relationship with our patients and family so we can provide the most efficient and effective level of care possible.

All caregivers are required to go through an ongoing competency evaluation that includes a problem solving session to determine the caregiver's response to challenging situations. New caregivers are provided with a training program which includes extensive testing and pediatric classes.
