    APPLICATION & CREDENTIAL VERIFICATION

    We verify licenses, certifications, and background checks to ensure every caregiver meets state and Olidia standards. Compliance with regulations is the foundation of our patient trust.

    ORIENTATION TO OLIDIA VALUES & CULTURE

    New caregivers are introduced to Olidia’s mission of compassionate, patient-centered care. This stage establishes the principles of respect, dignity, and excellence that guide daily practice.

    POLICY & COMPLIANCE TRAINING

    Caregivers receive training on state laws, HIPAA, and the Minnesota Home Care Bill of Rights. This ensures compliance while reinforcing ethical care delivery.

    CLINICAL SKILLS ASSESSMENT

    Each caregiver completes hands-on assessments in tracheostomy care, ventilator management, G-tube feeding, and IV therapy. Skills are validated before entering patient homes.

    New hires shadow experienced Olidia nurses to gain practical exposure in real care settings. Mentorship builds confidence and reinforces best practices.

    FINAL EVALUATION & CAREGIVER APPROVAL

    Supervisors conduct a final performance review and cultural fit check. Only caregivers who meet Olidia’s high standards are approved for independent patient assignments.
